Finance Director
A part-time position (25-30 hours) of Finance Director on our Operations Team is available. The ELC Finance Director is responsible for leading all aspects of the finance disciplines at Elim Life Church. This includes oversight and analysis of all church income and expenses, including operations, missions, and the House Full of Life Capital Campaign. This individual teams with and supervises the ELC Finance Coordinator. Collectively, they oversee the church finances and ensure that ELC faithfully stewards (processes and manages) all financial resources the Lord provides. The Finance Director is paid hourly; the hourly wage will be between $24-$26.

Qualified candidates should possess quantitative skills (i.e., be very comfortable with detailed data) and be able to utilize a wide variety of computer systems (databases, Microsoft Office). This person should be skilled at Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet development) and also require excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the church staff, volunteers, and businesses. Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is also beneficial.  A detailed job description is available upon request. Candidates should also be able to agree to ELC’s Statement of Faith and Staff Lifestyle Agreement, which are available upon request.
