Men’s Ministry Leader

This position will report directly to the Operations Director.
 Heart for recovery community and The Way Homes mission
 Actively Involved in recovery
 Assist the Operations Director with the day-to-day operations of the housing programs to include the
intake and referral program, managing the resource planning and talent development for housing staff
 Ensure the residents have access and are engaged in appropriate services and programs
 Coordinate recovery, discipleship, program compliance, community service and resident coaching
 Conducts and coordinate men’s intake interviews
 Available on call at night and weekends for urgent/ emergency situations.
 On a weekly basis coordinates house inspections, drug-testing, and program participation
 Coordinate transportation (to include driving fleet vehicles as needed) for individuals to authorized
appointments and pick-up from correctional facilities within Maryland (case-by-case basis)
 Other duties as assigned by Operations Director and Board of Directors
 Successful applicants will show a track record of discretion and clear communication.
