Maintenance Tech/Driver

This position will report directly to the Operations Director.
 Heart for recovery community and The Way Homes mission
 Ensure strict adherence to all relevant federal and local guidelines for safety and productivity including,
OSHA, ADA and other required regulations.
 Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
 Complete general building cleaning and maintenance and upkeep the grounds of entire campus.
 Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed.
 Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building.
 Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility and makes dump runs.
 Picks up furniture donations and make dump runs
 Complete or coordinate a variety of tasks related to maintenance of machinery, including plumbing,
electrical jobs, heating and air conditioning, structural concerns and more depending on the scope of
the project.
 Maintain a clean and organized work area while completing tasks related to maintenance, repair, or
installation.
 Ensure fleet vehicles are in excellence operating condition and maintained, scheduled for inspections
and maintenance appointments.
 Coordinates with the Administrative Assistant to ensure tags, title and insurance are current.
 Assist Men’s Ministry Leader with transportation needs as needed
 Assist Operations Director with errands
