This position will report directly to the Operations Director.
Heart for recovery community and The Way Homes mission
Ensure strict adherence to all relevant federal and local guidelines for safety and productivity including,
OSHA, ADA and other required regulations.
Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
Complete general building cleaning and maintenance and upkeep the grounds of entire campus.
Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed.
Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building.
Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility and makes dump runs.
Picks up furniture donations and make dump runs
Complete or coordinate a variety of tasks related to maintenance of machinery, including plumbing,
electrical jobs, heating and air conditioning, structural concerns and more depending on the scope of
the project.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while completing tasks related to maintenance, repair, or
installation.
Ensure fleet vehicles are in excellence operating condition and maintained, scheduled for inspections
and maintenance appointments.
Coordinates with the Administrative Assistant to ensure tags, title and insurance are current.
Assist Men’s Ministry Leader with transportation needs as needed
Assist Operations Director with errands
