This position will report directly to the Operations Director.
 Heart for the recovery community and The Way Homes mission
 Answer phones and greet visitors
 Prepare Intake Documents and maintain resident files
 Schedule appointments and maintain calendars (Staff and Community Service Room, etc)
 Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
 Collate and distribute mail
 Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
 Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
 Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
 Maintain Donor Log
 Accepts and logs resident fees and Petty Cash transactions
 Maintains Community Service Logs in coordination with men and women’s ministry leaders
 Run errands (Bank, Office Store, Partner Organizations, etc.)
 Give rides to residents when appropriate
 Other duties as assigned by Operations Director
 Successful applicants will show a track record of discretion and clear communication
