The candidate we are looking for is a student or alumni that can be a team member, team player and team builder, using their God given talents to lead worship on an instrument. This candidate should have a secondary gifting of teaching, pastoral ministry and administrative gifting; able to preach as a fill in for a Sunday morning service when needed. Pastor Mike and his wife Terry are willing to drive to Elim to meet with interested students and alumni. The internship position has the potential to become a full time Assistant Pastor and Worship leader.
