DESCRIPTION:
Carlstadt Christian Assembly was founded in 1923 as an Italian Pentecostal body of believers. We are an independent multi-cultural congregation led by the Holy Spirit and locally by our Pastor.
PASTOR QUALIFICATIONS:
The Pastor must be born again by the Spirit of God, baptized in water by immersion, baptized with the Holy Spirit and living according to Biblical principles (John 3: 5 & 6; Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:4; I Timothy 3:1-7).
The Pastor must be ordained, Shepherd the flock, have oversight of the church (I Peter 5:2-3), demonstrate Godly vision and build ministries and spiritual growth within the church body and community.
The Pastor will abide by the constitution and by-laws of Carlstadt Christian Assembly.
BENEFITS:
We currently provide usage of the church parsonage (4 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and den) all water, heat and power expenses paid). A pastoral stipend will be available to be increased as the church/congregation increases.
