Infant-Preschool Coordinator

Position Responsibilities
 Lead and support nursery and preschool volunteers, including recruitment,
training, scheduling, communication, and encouragement
 Provide oversight of nursery through preschool ministry and ensure proper
safety and security procedures
 Connect with and encourage parents and families
 Plan and provide age-appropriate lessons and materials for teachers
 Prepare, organize, and maintain classrooms
 Lead, motivate, and equip volunteers to serve with excellence
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
 Have a strong personal relationship with Jesus, the body of Christ and God’s
work in the world
 Have a passion for and experience working with young children
 Be able to lead, train, motivate, and encourage others
 Desire ongoing personal, spiritual, and professional growth
 Actively participate in worship and life at Bethel Christian Fellowship
Position Details
 Part-time: 20 hours per week
 Starting wage: $17.00 per hour
 Onsite hours: Sunday mornings, Tuesday mornings, and Wednesday evenings
(September–June)
