A part-time position (25-30 hours) of Kids Coordinator on our Family Ministries Team is available.
The Elim Life Kids Coordinator at Elim Life Church is responsible for the growth and execution of a healthy, growing, volunteer-run children’s ministry including both ministry to children and families. The Elim Life Kids Coordinator should possess strong communication skills and be familiar with and able to oversee all administration, training, leadership, and execution of healthy children’s ministry – including but not limited to spiritual growth, teaching skills, classroom management, safety, curriculum development, leadership, budgeting, and scheduling. He or she should be familiar with age-appropriate discipleship of children age 0-10. Children’s ministry exists within the greater framework of Elim Life Church therefore; the Elim Life Kids Coordinator will work with other staff to promote and implement the greater vision of Elim Life Church.
The Elim Life Kids Coordinator role is part-time, 25-30 hours per week. Starting hourly wage is $20. A detailed job description is available upon request. Candidates should also be able to agree to ELC’s Statement of Faith and Staff Lifestyle Agreement, which are available upon request, and become members of ELC.
