Position Overview
The Pastor will:

Preach and teach the Word of God with clarity and conviction

Provide pastoral care and visitation

Lead and equip the congregation spiritually

Offer biblical leadership and vision for the church

Engage with the local community
Qualifications

A clear calling to pastoral ministry

Strong preaching and teaching ability

A heart for shepherding and caring for people

Sound biblical doctrine

Leadership and relational skills
