Position Overview:
The House Manager plays a vital leadership role in the daily operations of the ministry. This position blends supervision, mentorship, transportation, and facility care in a Christ-centered men’s residential recovery environment.
Schedule:
- 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- On-call overnight for emergencies only
- 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (morning responsibilities)
Compensation:
- Salary (negotiable)
- Room and Board Provided
- Responsibilities Include:
Supervising residents during evening hours
Transporting residents to appointments, events, and activities
Morning leadership including:
Supervising daily devotions
Preparing breakfast
Overseeing daily chores and routines
Assisting with facility upkeep and basic maintenance
Helping maintain a safe, structured, Christ-centered home
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license (required)
Comfortable transporting residents
Maintenance background preferred
Leadership experience preferred
